This ink drawing was inspired by one of nature's more controversial creatures, the spider. Though loved by some, and feared by others, everyone can appreciate the beauty of the spider when depicted in Claire's elegant and simplistic style! 

This piece was created by Claire Yang, a young artist from the Bay Area. Claire blends sketch-like precision with dynamic ink overlays. Many of her works are striking black and white with meticulous details, occasionally incorporating color for a vibrant twist. She begins with traditional sketches, enhances them with ink, and then scans and refines them digitally. Claire always uses references to ensure accuracy and depth, making each piece a distinct visual journey capturing her subjects' essence.
